boaters and windsurfers, and jetskiers that water
levels will be lower this summer at San Luis Reservoir and adjacent O'Neill
Forebay, both popular recreation spots in the northern San Joaquin Valley.

workshops to discuss ways to improve flood management systems in the Sacramento
and San Joaquin River watersheds will be held in Central Valley cities later

A proposed project that would increase
the flood protection provided by Success Dam in Tulare County to the
City of Porterville and agricultural areas, as well as increase the dependability
of irrigation water supplies, will be the focus of a May
